Fear is such a dirty illusion.  I've read so may verses in the Bible where God proclaims, "Fear not.......", and yet I think most of us waste large amounts of time being paralyzed by fear of one sort or another. I've really meant to post more.  However, as of late, life has been so busy and chaotic.  My trip to South Africa with Team World Vision at the end of May feels right around the corner.  This past weekend I was in St. Louis with a few friends running the St. Louis Marathon in order to qualify for the Comrades Marathon.  I did qualify, in a time of 4:00:50!  Money has poured in to support my costs for the trip, and now the challenge remains finding child sponsors through World Vision's child sponsorship program.  Our team goal is to find 1,500 new sponsors.  So far we are just shy of 200 as a team.  I've found close to 20 so far with the… Read More
