Weekend workouts

What a weekend!  I got my first 50 mile week in, ending with 56.5 miles.  I got a 20miler in on Saturday followed by another 12.25 on Sunday at 8 min/mile pace!  With the temps hovering around 5o Sunday it was hard for me to control myself.  I felt great! 

 

I am closing in on 200 miles this month, an all time high for me.  It’s amazing the level this training has taken me to.  A big struggle right now for me is to simply focus on the time running, and not necessarily the mileage.
